i'm 47, soon to be 48 and i havent had a vistor in over 2 yrs  . i do get the occasional hot flush not anything unbearable , mostly at night and i dont feel i have any mood swings or anything like that, but ask my husband and i am sure he would say different about that. but i really dont feel any different except i dont have to worry about when that visitor is gona come creeping into my life each month.
