It is tough to have a birthday so close to Christmas. I had another friend that was in that boat. She always got the "combo" gifts. I suggested she have a Birthday Celebration in June -- just moving it halfway through the year. She loved the idea and now her immediate family gives her birthday presents and cake in June. Then she gets her cards on her "real" birthday. She said she wishes she had done that lonnnnnngggg ago.
Whatever day it is celebrated -- have a special one!
