You actually could report him to the SPCA - it sounds like terrible living conditions and to murder a mommy cause she needs a c-section made me feel sick reading that ....
He is NOT a good person and to brag to the world what he's doing is just going to encourage someone ELSE to do this and so forth -
I would report him and just don't say anything to anyone for a while - They do NOT tell people who reported them unless it went to court -
You may be saving the lives of these poor dogs. Small dogs get adopted pretty quickly - If I were in your shoes - I would HAVE to report that - it sounds just horrible....At least they would HAVE to make him apply for a license. I know it's a terrible position for you to be in - but he could be bragging about this to lots of people - who's to know it was you that said anything ?
I HAD to report a neighbor of mine - the SPCA people never told that it was me.....but I was ready to be there to saying YES ...I CALLED ! it was neglect and a case of a poor dog in DIRE need of medical attention - the spca was at the house 2 days after I notified them....
Follow your heart and he could be breaking the law also - that c-section thing is just evil ! |
