its totally free im only asking for 3 things
1. you take pics when you get it
2. if it doesnt fit you will pass it on to someone on here til it does fit a pup here
3. you must have over 200 posts
the length is around 7 1/2
its for a small pup
the buttons on the front are fake i found it easier to just slip it over there head
the bottom underneath closes with 2 metal snaps so around can fit a skinny pup or a fat one
