I think it is a very bad rule. Mine won't leave until they are older either and it takes time to find a good home and for peoplee to decide on what they want. I think they are using the excuse that brand new posters were coming on and posting one or two day old puppies and lots of people were complaining. I can understand that. people join, make one for sale post, then leave. But I think a better rule would be that they have to have so many posts before they post on the for sale forum. I have a thread that is quite interesting under the "site suggestionss forum". it is titles "TO ADMINISTRATION" you might want to take a look.
