Aw, poor Chloe!
I think I'd watch it for a day or so and if it didn't get any better I'd call the vet. You don't want to let things like that go on for too long with these little ones because you never know what it could be. It could be nothing or it could be something and you just don't want to risk that it could be something and you didn't do anything about it.
I hope she feels better soon!
