I am not a vet, of course, but the fact that her temperature is elevated indicates that her body is resisting, which is totally normal after surgery and stitches.

The fact that she is on antibiotics means that she will not develop an infection, which can cause the body temperature to be raised.

She should not be happy and playful after a serious surgery, I don't think. So, to me, her condition sounds normal especially coupled with the teething. Sometimes teething in human kids can cause elevated temperatures.

At the same time, she needs to be forcefully fed. Maybe something that she likes. I would give her cottage cheese with her food because antibiotics hurt the culture. So, cottage cheese can replenish it.

If the temperature is critically elevated, then wrap her and bring her to the vet on emergency without discussing it on the phone. He will not send you home, and you will feel better.
