There's some gadget (I can't find the bookmark) made to stop the wire biting. Maybe do a google search, but Bitter Apple spray worked beautifully for Max. Spray whatever it is you don't want her chewing a few days in a row and it might just work.

I also taught him "NO..get a toy." After a while, he learned to run for a toy, with im for a few minutes and that was that. Flossies and the Merrick's
non-rawhide chew sticks are great. Ice cubes are also great - I found a tiny ice cube tray so that he coulden't choke. Peeled apple slices and tiny carrots are also good, as are healthy chewy treats.

In other words, always have something in her mouth to teeth on - it will end. Then they go through it again, but mildly, at about 7 months. They're older though and already know what they're not allowed to do for the most part.

Keep those little yorkie teeth busy - that's all you have to do.
