I only ask, because while yorkies can get along well with bigger dogs, they CAN be easily hurt by them. A large dog who even accidentally steps on a yorkie in play could do some damage. And staf. terriers are such SOLID dogs. I'm bringing this up because you said that yorkies are on your shortlist, so it sounds like you're trying to make the best decision for you and your family.
That being said, yorkies are awesome, big dogs in little bodies. As far as naughty behavior, Ginger eats paper.
There is no longer any paper located anywhere below counter height in my house. Even then, we have to be sure there is nothing nearby she can climb to get to the counter
. You don't even want to know what it's like in my bathrooms
On the bright side, she's the worlds best cuddler.
