I give Destiny (4-5 pounds) and Scampers (5 pounds) 1/4 a teaspoon each. I give Trixie (9 pounds) 1/2 a teaspoon. I know it says you give a whole teaspoon but this little amount has worked great for me. Scampers had such a huge improvement from just being on 1/4 a teaspoon every day.
I think you can do it either way. I give mine a small amount because they will only eat a small amount of food and if I give them anymore it is just wasted. |
