I have ordered from BarkinDogClothes once... and was mildly pleased with my order.

I really liked my items, however...one of them had a hole in it!

I e-mailed Rena and she wasn't very nice to me about it, but she did offer to fix it — AT MY COST to ship it back to her! I thought that was bad business and in the end it left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

I may order from her again, but when I do I will be very careful and I will never order a leash hook. No offense, but her clothes aren't sturdy enough to hold up a leash. For Sully, at least, he pulls a lot, haha!

The shirt that I had ordered with a leash hook was the one that had the hole in it, in the leash-hook area. Shoddy work can be covered up by great customer service, but this time, she had neither for me.
