V I love all dogs and try to always judge the dog in its individual capacity. I have seen chi's that have had very nasty dispositions and attacked anyone that walked by. My husband's cousin had a 3 lb maltese that was the nastiest thing that you could come across even though she looked so cute. Matter of fact if you didn't know when you were in their house she would come up to you as if she was expecting a pet or to get to know you and then wham snap at you...lol. She was 3 lbs of terror.
I just look to see how the dog is acting.
It just amazes me how you need a license to get married and drive a car...they might need to start doing some parenting licensing.
