We took her to the vet because we suspected pink eye. The vet said it was an ulcer, almost like an abrasion due to it being shallow. She said that it was almos 2mm in size, and very shallow. She gave her atropine and E-Mycin ointments, and also something for the pain. It's been 6 days and she is still closing her eye through the day. She opens it for a while, after we put ointment in it, but then she closes it after a while.
How long does it usually take to heal?
I can still see the outline of a small circle right in the middle of her eye, is that normal?
