sounds like it.....and when people jump all over the breed - it was reported that the dog did it - you can't blame people for feeling bad & it's not like this hasn't happened too many times in the news. We had 2 pitts just kill a child not 2 months ago one street away from me - the people who owned them said they 'kept' getting out of the yard.
my uncle had a pitt - I loved his dog & he was gentle - but if I were walking down the street and a pitt bull approached me - you can bet your butt I'd be scared.
I DO blame the people but you have to understand Bizzymammabee - they're strong and in many cases ...do attack. People don't want to condemn a breed - but I know I wouldn't be scared of a Lab or Golden Retriever if I were walking down the street.
