They know I'm trying to downsize my home and they keep adding to them with little things I have no need or place for - I'd rather have a few really nice things in my house than a bunch of mindless cheap stuff that my aunt seems to love buying. I used to get her really nice sweaters ...earrings & last year a gorgeous vest cause that's what she wears - things I knew would be pretty on her ....and this year .....I'm just BAH HUMBUG !!

when you open a gift and have to ASK what it is .....it kind of takes the fun out of it lol

I'm with you .. I hate trinkets(Ummm... except good jewelry). if you buy me somethign it better either quality , something i talked about or I'll even take cute and funny . like a light up pen with tinkerbell or something. But PLEASE no plastic flower arrangements or WOODEN SPOONS
