Yep -- I have that same one from Walmart, although a different print (pawprints all over it). Mine did not seem to want to stay in it althou they would bat the little thing hanging from the top around alittle. We are now using it for toys. Very nice because they can easily get to them. Maybe a little too easy. LOL!
