I love turkey but not that much
I just did a full blown Italian dinner, my favorite. I just wanted something different...What?! I have no idea..

Have you ever done lamb before? I have a wonderful roast lamb and it is always a hit whenever I serve it. And for those who don't really like lamb ended up LOVING this. Or I have this really great french recipe called Boulanger (using crown of roast) . . .excellent too.
You can serve this with:
Mashed potatoes with lemon and chives
Haricot Verts with s**take mushroom gravy (my version of the green beans casserole)
Green Salad with apples, dried cranberries and grapes with Ponzu dressing
And for dessert, miniuatures cheese cakes with assorted toppings.
I love to entertain and I have tons and tons and tons of well tested recipes.
