My Pebbles gave birth on November 20th... about a week before she seemed like she had an upset stomach... didn't eat much.... or avoided her food completely. The pups had to be taking up alot of space inside her by then.
You could give her some chicken... she may eat that.
Best of luck ... I am sure she will eat eventually... she may not be feeling well at the moment.
