I am with you on always cooking from scratch, but i cant help you with the ham thing. For christmas dinner I am fixing ham, mashed potatoes, homemade noodles, sweet potatoes, homemade dressing, deviled eggs, green bean cassarole, pumpkin pie, fudge, hard rock candy, cookies, apple pies, rolls, a bananna dessert, there are other things but i cant remember them all right now, but basically the traditional stuff.
