 Yorkies & Parrots
Has anyone had parrots and tried to introduce a puppy to the family? This is my dilemma. I have two african greys that do not get jealous of attention to to others. I live in Florida and they are in the screen room playing most of the day unless it gets cold here. I have another little parrot that is in the house and even if someone comes over he gets jealous and wants to be with his mommy. My thought is to keep them separate but in sight for a few weeks so that the novelty wears off. Other than that I don't know how to make this work. I'm sure that I am not the first family to have yorks and parrots living in harmony together. Please if anyone has any insight I would greatly appreciate your expertise |
