First of all, I'm not a vet. I do, however, think he may be jumping the gun a little. A major temperature change is only one sign of impending labor. Stay close, sleep on the floor with her if you have to (I did and sooo glad!). She'll let you know if she's in trouble. Have the ER vet number handy just in case it's after hours. But, don't panic. Your dog is like your child and will feed off of your emotions. We'll all pray that everything goes like it should and that we'll be seeing puppy pics soon
