I would definitely take her to the vet. The eyes are definitely not something you want to play around with. It could be something as light as allergies to something or something more serious (Not to scare you). I would take her in right away, better to be safe than sorry. A lot of times we don't know that these little guys are sick because instintually they will not act sick, because in the wild that would attract potential predators. My girl NEVER looks/acts sick so I have to look out for little signs. I hope your baby feels better
