We had X-ray day yesterday and my Vet said we will be having 4 but he said it could probably be 5 he also got a little concern because the size of the heads are just the size of the birth canal he said the puppies are big so he said if she pushes for a long period of time and the puppy does not come out I have to call him immediately because we would have to do a c-section

Ask away, I'll do my best to answer, and if I can't I'll get the answer from an expert.

I think with this size litter, all should go smoothly. The only thing you'll have to watch after they're born is making sure all nipples are being nursed on and no one is getting knocked off. But, most of all making sure that she gets enough calcium in her diet. Not no but, after she whelps......cottage cheese, goats milk @ egg, whelping pudding, besides her regular food.
