I wouldn't give him squat. He needs to get the money back from the person he bought him from! Not only that, he sounds like he's scamming you on purpose!!!! He wants 900 plus vet bills. Tell him to kiss your butt!! Sorry, but the way this guy is acting is really p*ssing me off!!!
Tell him you want a picture of him. And if you have papers and pictures of ace and they match, I would go to the cops!!
