That pink one has the snaps going down the back verses snapping underneath at the tummy. I can make them either way, it's up to your preferences. There are advantages to both. That is the reason for the halter style too, it is another option, to be worn under a halter style dress.
I think of it in terms of our own lingerie - different pieces are worn with different articles of clothing, ie. strapless bra worn with bare shoulder clothing, halter style for backless, etc.
LOL....now we have lingerie to convince our husbands our yorkies need. Mine says "it never stops!" as he is laying on the floor - sharing yogurt with Ruby!
