Did you look at the picture in post #2 in this thread: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...ghlight=redleg by Shecass? The reason I asked was your dog looks very much like hers. You had a different picture of your dog and it showed the red fringe along the body between front and back legs, just as this one does. They also both have the more foxy looking muzzle. And both are VERY CUTE!

I read on this site that although it is a fault for the dogs themselves, some breeders use them for breeding to bring back the rich color in the line. I think that has to be left to very experienced breeders but it is interesting. That is one reason I would like to eventually get into breeding. To learn how to make the most of each dog's strengths.

And yes, if she is a redlegged Yorkie, her coat may grow slowly, be thin, and never get a long length.
