My rule is If it's warm enough to not put a jaclet on Chewy then I don't get one either...In other words he gets a jacket on befre we go out... Some times he has the jacket and I don't, and I am always sorry!!!! it's stinkin cold out!
I potty train always out sides... he goes real quick and we are back inside in a flash! Sometimes I wish he could have hot choclate... like a little kid thats been out in the snow...He is so cold! I know he can't but the mom in me wishes he could get hot coco on chilly days!!!!
