I usually bake up a storm at christmas time and give homebaked goodies as gifts to my co-workers, but this year I just got lazy! I didn't even put up a tree! I'm not going to be home for xmas anyways so what's the point? I'm going to my mom's tomorrow and won't be back till new years.
So all I made this year was some chocolate-peanut butter truffle mice and some baklava (no, I'm not greek...I just like baklava!). So here's a picture of my cute little mice. He's Reese's chocolate on the inside (melted pb chips) and dipped in dark chocolate, with peanuts for ears and black licorice for a tail, draguees for eyes/nose and coconut for whiskers.
