i am back and forth on this issue. some people want records from the vet....there are too many articles outs there telling people not to get a puppy that the owners gave the shots so these people of course want the vet's records. other people don't care as long as they have had their shots. i personally take them to the vets for the shots to be on the safe side and so that the vets can look them over
