My vet said that if Hootie retained any baby teeth AFTER her spay, then I could bring her in and they would just pop the teeth out really quickly without putting her under. Maybe you could call around to several vets and see if they could do this for her teeth.

As for her dew claws, I would just keep them trimmed really well and not worry about getting them removed.

And I would put off the spaying indefinately. It's not worth the risk.
