I don't think you should have her fixed. She's not at any risk to be bred so why do it? I know they say for some health reasons too but I've had dogs live to 15 years that weren't fixed and never had any health problems.
Why risk losing her when honestly, it's not necessary? Also, dew claws are a pain to clip but it's also an optional surgery. Really the only important one would be retained baby teeth, which only need to be removed if you're vet thinks they should. Let her get a little older and bigger(she will gain weight,everyone does as they age, even teeny tiny pets).
