These scams are popping up all over the net and in local newpapers.
If it sound to good to be true ...it is usually is a scam.
Stay local where you can go and see the dog in person.
This would be the safest way not to get ripped off.
You will be able to see for yourself where the pup lives and what condition it's being raised in.
Just don't get in a big hurry, the right dog will come along.
