It could be a bacterial infection of some sort. I would definately watch your baby closely for signs of changes (increase in number or size of bumps.....also, if there seems to be a little cluster of bumps anywhere on the skin, that's usually a sign of infection) and if necessary, take her back to the vet...they can prescribe an oral medication that should clear it right up.
