It is too late to point finger at someone, however, grandma is at fault in my opinion. Poor kid, I bet she is traumatized now... I'm sure she didn't mean to hurt the puppies let alone kill them. She just didn't like the smell. I myself don't like poop smell!!! It is really stinky!!!
How could anyone leave a 9 year old in the car alone with puppies??
