I am sorry to hear that...i am going through the same thing at the moment...my advice to you is report this person in every single way that you can.
Their is a lot of people out there just in it for money, and these poor dogs are having litter after litter..
Even registering a litter to another dog is common over here in the uk, which is just awful...as the kennel club only allows so many litters to be reg per year per bitch, but it does go on, and it is a shame...poor baby.
