Plain stupidity if you ask me. If it's just something to stir the pot then it's even stupider being as the person really needs a dang life. If it's true and it's a real consideration then yet again I say that they are stupid. Accidental mix breeding happens but to purposely do this when they haven't considered what to do with these pups, what sort of health issues that they will bring to the table and then last but not least temperment is plain and out and out down right stupid.
