I use to live in Cumming and just moved to Dahlonega in May. Good luck in finding anything in that range.
Normal is 1,500. around here for pet quality. There is one breeder in Cumming still, but her pups start at about 3,000.

I have a litter of two, but holding on to them for awhile and quality is on the high end.

You might want to check rescues. Males are easier to find at a lower price. Best of luck in your search.
