I have not made my own for my puppies yet but when I bought my babies, the lady gave me a copy of the agreement, her business card, the registration & vaccination papers, information on hypoglycemia & potty training, a small stuffed animal (probably from the 99 cent store), a few little rubber-bands (& she showed me how to keep up the pups little pony-tails), 1 small zip-lock bag of Eukanuba puppy food & some puppy food coupons. I am also gonna include a small fleece baby blanket ($5- from Target) with my pups, just to make sure they have one right away to snuggle with. I know that all this stuff is not necessary but I loved it and am planning on making a similar package for my new puppy-owners.
