I housetrained my male yorkie as an adult (rescue), the belly bands worked great and it took about 2 weeks with constant supervision and crating him when I couldn't watch him. I've had him for years now and he does great. I also have a female yorkie. He
will mark at the vet hospital and in a stranger's house that had a male dog. Supervision is a must.
