Both of the breeders I have dealt with gave these little packages (they come in really handy too - I use them to keep all of their vet records, etc. in order).

Some things that were included in mine:
An up-to-date vaccine record (helped me when I went to my first vet visit - I knew exactly what they had had done up to that point).
A business card for the breeder
A list of things that can be harmful/poisonous for dogs
Recipe for healthy treats
Tips for training your puppy (including potty training)
A list of things to have on hand for your new puppy (this was helpful)
Copy of purchase agreement/non-breeding contract

I think adding pictures of the puppy and it's parents is a fantastic idea! Anything you can add to that would just be icing!
