Hello,
I am the proud owner of JoJo who is almost 6 months old and will be neutered this week. I have been looking for a playmate for him and was thinking of an older puppy or younger Yorkie.

While he was being groomed this morning by my breeder, I asked her if she had any available and she is considering selling me a male, almost 2 years old who is not showing any interest in breeding. She said he would have to wear a belly band and is not the neatest dog but has a great personality. I met the little guy and he is a sweetie! He would be the same price as my puppy was so I would be paying top dollar and want to make sure I can manage the situation.

Would neutering change his urinating everywhere or has too much time past? I don't want to end up with a dog who can never be housebroken. I would have the dog neutered shortly after I got him. JoJo is trained on an indoor potty system (wizdog) and I would want to do the same for this little guy.

The two dogs got along great! Any thoughts would be appreciated.
