Yeah, that's kind of what I was talking about when I said the vets say their bone structure is set at about 6 months old. Sounds like Peeka is probably built a little stouter than his brother.

My last litter from this couple, I got a 3# female and a 6# male. This is one of the reasons I like to know the grandparents sizes. I know this male has surpassed his father and paternal grandparents sizes. His mother is still 12 oz heavier than him but his maternal grandparents are 5# and 8#. I know he can reach up to 8# but by watching the growth of his siblings and seeing their weights staying steady for the last few weeks, I can safely assume that he probably won't grow much more, which might make him the same weight as his mother.
