I'm not sure what "threw its back out" means medically speaking, I have heard older people use this term for a sore back. I just think some people read this and think it can cause permanent injury. As long as your Yorkie has good bone structure, I'm sure it would be fine. Check with your Vet to be sure, but this is something they are genetically programmed to do. Why stop all their fun?
