This is my worry too! I sell normally with spay/neuter agreement in the contracts, but with so many registries out there now. I am at the point where I will have them spayed or neuter before they leave to protect them from getting into the hands like the one that tried with you. My vet doesn't recommend having them spayed or neuter till they are at least 5 months though, because it will have problems with their bone development. But some other show breedeers I have talked with said that they have not had any problems doing this at a younger age - 4 months. So what to do? I have a male I will be selling and need to figure this out soon.
