It's just a show of dominance, not really sexual to them. I wouldn't allow them to hump people, but a toy is just fine. Joey's been doing it since I got him at 12 weeks, and I think it's a hoot. I think the story of damage being done is highly exaggerated and reminds of the story about "hair on your palms."
