I posted this in another thread about another bad breeder in Oklahoma. I hope it helps.

I am very saddened to here all of this coming from the state where I live. It seems the place to call is the Attorney Generals office. Here is the contact information.

If enough people who were scammed complain, I hope that he will do something.

I also added a link where you can file a complaint online.
