My Rocky is 3 1/2 pounds (5 years old), my Jasmine is 3.4 pounds (2 years old), my Butch is 3.3 pounds (a little over a year old), my Bitsy is 3.6 pounds (a little over a year old).

None of them I would consider "fragile".
