He looks Yorkie to me. Not a foxy looking as a Silky, but as mentioned before some Yorkies look like Silkys and some silkys look like Yorkies. To get a good picture of both you can go to akc.org and look up the breed standards and find a picture there. Also at puppyfind.com you can look up the breed discription and get a good picture of each one there.
