 Getting Bangs to Grow
Maddie's hair is long enough that it needs to be put up to keep out of her eyes, but she has these bangs that just won't grow and hang out. Is there something I am not doing to get these bangs to grow. Before I had my female shihtzu cut short, she had the same problem. The hair on her nose that should grow down doesn't seem to grow either. It is breaking somehow?
