I have a Carly, my skin daughter, and she's named after my Mom - not Carly Simon. Funny how that name got sooo popular - no one had that name when I was growing up

I'm wondering how ya'll figure out a name before you have the pup? Gez, we had Mia at least a week before I could figure out a name. I have to see what their personality is going to be like before I name 'em.
